A former Australian Army Officer and with an Honours Degree majoring in English Literature and an MBA, Luke succeeded Neville Richards (the founder of the company) in 2005. Since that time he has continued the progressive development of the agency into the successful and dynamic operation it is today.
A recognised Auctioneer, Luke has competed at State level in the Victorian Auctioneers competition. He is also very active in and well regarded by the local community in which he sponsors several organisations.

These guys are amazing. I have sold and bought properties from them. I also have properties being managed by their rental team. They are such a pleasure to deal with and very prompt with all things.
